Import Student(s) from SEEDS

If the district uses SEEDS and ADAPT, the student's Student Detail View data can be imported from SEEDS into ADAPT. 

Note: This permission is available for legacy users. If this option is not available for a user, send a help ticket to support.iep@4schools.net. 

Importing a Student From SEEDS

Click on Students - Manage Students - Import from SEEDS. 

Select Placement District, then check the box next to the student that will be imported from SEEDS. Click Import at the bottom of the screen. 

When the student is selected, a "Success" message will display. 

The chart at the bottom of the page shows the time the Import was Started and when it is complete the Completed date/time will show. You may have to refresh the screen to see the Completed date/time.

The student will be available in ADAPT when the process is done.
