The Export of Student Data Report in ADAPT allows mass changes to student data, which can then be used to import updated information into ADAPT.
To create an Export of Student Data:
- Click on Reports.
- Select Export of Student Data.
- Select the District from the dropdown menu.
- Click Create CSV.
- A spreadsheet in CSV format will open with student data will be created.
Update Student Data
Using the export spreadsheet, update the student information as needed. This may include grades, school building, etc.
Note: The Resident District column uses the district's LEA number.
Import Student Data Spreadsheet
The updated spreadsheet can be imported into ADAPT in order to update student data.
- Click on the Students icon.
- Click on Manage Students.
- Select "Import from File."
- Complete the information for Placement District, Staff Access, and Choose File.
- Click Import
