An Event organizes all forms to one specific occurrence such as a meeting. Any forms that are needed to complete an event are available through the Create Form feature. The available events are:
- Initial
- Re-eval
- Annual
- Review/Revise
- Transfer Student
- Student Exit
- Miscellaneous
Creating a New Event
Click on New Event, select the type of event, and click Add Event.
Below are the different events along with the forms available in them.
Initial Event
The process in which a team gathers data to determine whether a child has an impairment or needs an accommodation plan.
Re-Eval Event
The process in which a team gathers data to determine whether a child continues to have an impairment or continues to need an accommodation plan.
Annual Event
A yearly written accommodation plan to design and document appropriate accommodations.
Review/Revise Event
A meeting that occurs within the annual accommodations plan year to review the existing accommodations plan. This event will require you to enter a reason.
Transfer Student Event
A student moves into the boundaries of your school district.
Student Exit Event
Student no longer attends a special education program within a school district with the exception of RCC.
Miscellaneous Forms
An occurrence where no actual meeting takes place but forms need to be created.
