Adding A New Form to an Event
Before creating a new form, check to make sure the form needed is not in the list of forms under the 504 Events and Forms on the Student Detail. If it doesn't exist, click on the Create Form button on the bottom of the 504 Events and Forms card.
Select form from the form box. Then click on the Create Form button.
Updating an Existing Form
Search for the student either by entering their first or last name in the search field on the dashboard, or by clicking Students on the top navigation. Click View by the student's name. Then click on the form name to update.
Bulk Actions - Copy - Delete - Email - Move -Print Preview
Bulk Action allows one or multiple forms to be copied, deleted, emailed, moved to a different event or printed. Select the form(s) and then click on the Bulk Action drown down and select the option needed.
