Add Single User

ADAPT Profile Information
- ADAPT Customer - select the district the user is hired by
- First Name - Last Name - Title
- WISEid - Add the WISEid for the staff. This will be a searchable field to find existing users in ADAPT
- Google Account - Add the Gmail address associated with the user's ADAPT profile to eliminate the user having to select the email if the user has more than one Gmail address
Account Information
- Active - the Active checkbox will default to checked when adding a new user. Uncheck the Active checkbox to remove the user's access to ADAPT
- User Name recommended first initial of first name and last name
- Password and Confirm Password these fields can be left blank. ADAPT will auto create the password for a new user and the new user can use the Forgot Password link on the login page to log in for the first time.

Admin Level
- Admin - Admin Level Permission can see ALL students in the District or Building that the staff member is assigned to.
- User - User Level Permission can see only students who have that staff member identified on their Access tab in Student Detail View.

Selected Districts - select the district(s) the user needs access to
OR - Selected Schools - select the schools(s) the user needs access to. A district must be selected for the school options to show in the drop-down options

Add User - Import from File
Toolbox>Users Administration>Add User>Import from File
Below is the link to the template to add the new users to:

Make a copy of the template and fill in the below fields on the template to import into ADAPT.

- ADAPT Customer - select the District the users are being added to
- Choose User CSV File - select the file from you computer
- Import button - click here when ready to import the users
After the user data is imported, the results of the import will be available in the Recent File Imports
Click on the Started date link to view the results.
Updates
Updates to a user's permission can be done under Toolbox>Users Administration and search for the user and click Edit by their name under the Actions column.
