Rollover Updates in ADAPT
Below is a list of what will be updated during the annual rollover in ADAPT, including district responsibilities and tasks that will take place automatically in ADAPT.
Note: ADAPT rollover takes place after July 15th, but is not scheduled for a specific date.
ADAPT will automatically:
- Update the school year to the upcoming school year
- Default all events created after rollover to the new school year
Note: ADAPT does not finalize or lock forms that were created prior to rollover. These forms can still be edited.
District tasks to complete after rollover:
- Change schools for students as needed
- Change grades for all students
Districts may choose to use the Export of Student Data in ADAPT to update grades and/or schools instead of going to individual Student Detail Views to update grades and schools.
- Go to Reports - Export of Student Data
- Create the CSV of the report
- In the CSV, update the grades and schools for students as needed
- In ADAPT, go to Students - Manage Students
- Click on Import from File
- Complete the information for Placement District, Staff Access, and Choose File.
- Click Import
